The last few minutes of Saturday I rushed though the Baller Room and glanced over at the Laguiole en Aubrac booth. I remembered catching an episode of How It’s Made on Laguiole en Aubrac handmade knives and being impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Cesar Iglesias knew these were some knives that I should own so we worked out a deal and I purchased two handmade knives and a leather pouch. Laguiole en Aubrac video
Each Laguile knife comes with a serialized Certificate of Authenticity and a Laguiole en Aubrac Logo canvas drawstring knife pouch. The larger 12cm White Bone Handle also came with a nice wooden display & storage box.

These Laguiole en Aubrac knife displays are pretty nice. It’s a simple, clever, elegant way to display knives that I had not seen yet. I feel like I need to buy enough to fill a display now and may even build similar displays for my other knives.
